Both Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling are famous white wine varieties, so what are the differences between them?

Planting Differences: Sauvignon Blanc originated in Bordeaux, France, and is now grown in wine regions around the world. Riesling is a light-skinned aromatic white grape variety from Germany and one of the most important white wine grape varieties in the world.
